The Rockville Innovation Center (RIC) provides space and support programs for domestic technology startups, as well as for international technology companies interested in opening their first U.S. office. Programming is provided by Montgomery County's Innovation Center Network, which boasts a proven track record of success, having graduated more than 30 companies which have generated over 1,000 local jobs.
The state of the art facility provides lease flexibility to its tenants, as well as shared amenities such as reception, conference and work rooms. In addition, tenants take advantage of programs that teach business skills and offer support with licensing, intellectual property, financing and other issues. They are also connected with RIC Sponsors, established companies that take an active role in mentoring incubator companies for success. Companies generally spend two to four years in Montgomery County incubators, before "graduating" and moving to local commercial office space.

Women Business Owners of Montgomery County is a volunteer networking organization that represents a wide variety of women-owned corporations, independent businesses, and for-profit service organizations.
Since 1980, we have provided support and networking for women who own and operate their own businesses. Through various workshops and committees, we supply local business owners the necessary tools to manage and grow their business and, joining together for mutual support, we act as an open forum where women can share the challenges, risks and opportunities associated with developing and expanding a business.
The vision of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Greater Washington is to be the leading organization in providing our community with resources for starting, funding and growing high technology businesses. Our community includes current and future entrepreneurs; students, researchers, scientists, scholars and business people. In furtherance of our community's goals, we will regularly conduct seminars, networking events, and conferences.
Monte Jade Science and Technology Association was founded by a group of leading Chinese professionals and corporations from various industrial sectors and enterprises. The goal is to create a forum that would bring professionals together for the purpose of networking and business cooperation.
