Since 1957, The Bargain Box has been an active outreach ministry of Christ Episcopal Church with a dual mission. First, it provides an important service by making available clothing and household items, both donated and consigned, to the community at very affordable prices. When clients are referred by local agencies, clothing can be provided free once every 3 months. Secondly, all proceeds, beyond operating expenses, support community outreach projects.
Donations of gently used and new items are accepted daily. Since we have limited storage, we request that your items are seasonal. We accept clothing, books, kitchen & household items, toys, jewelry, working appliances, TV's and small pieces of furniture, such as desks and chairs. We do not accept large pieces of furniture (couches, stuffed chairs, dining sets), computers, textbooks, records, food.
Consignments are accepted only on Fridays, 10 am – noon. Store is open Monday - Saturday, 10 am – 4:30 PM. Closed Sunday & major holidays.
Owned and managed by Jobs Unlimited, Inc, a non-profit organization which provides employment and job training to 35 adults with mental illness.Clothing and household items, furniture, pictures and electronics. Open M-Sa 10-7, Su 12-5.
Features clothing by designers from Liz Claiborne to Escada, as well as accessories (handbags, shoes, scarves) for women petite 2 to 36. Prices are typically 1/3 to 1/4 of comparable new articles. Strict quality control ensured.
The inventory at The Ritz changes constantly but you will always find a great selection of suits, jackets, pant suits, skirts, blouses, and dresses from casual to cocktail, as well as accessories, including many unique pieces of jewelry, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, pins, hats, purses, handbags and high-end shoes, many new or barely worn.
